May contain fish bones!

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1) Without prior thawing, pierce the film with a fork at one end.
2) Microwave for 8 minutes at 700 W.
3) Remove the film and it is ready to serve.
Note 1: Preparation time may vary depending on the type of microwave used. For higher power decrease the preparation time.
Note 2: Once defrosted, do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours.
